Terms and Conditions

1. Driver Requirements

• Minimum Age: Drivers must be 25 years or older.
• License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. International or foreign licenses are not accepted.
• Note: We strictly rent to UAE Residents only.
• Documents: Original Emirates ID is mandatory. We do not rent to tourists or holders of visit visas.

2. Usage Restrictions

• Geographical Limits: Vehicles are strictly prohibited from leaving the United Arab Emirates. Driving to Oman, Saudi Arabia, or any other country is not allowed under any circumstances.
• Off-Roading: 4WD vehicles are allowed off-road up to a maximum of 1km from a paved road. Dune bashing, racing, or competitive events are strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Uses: Vehicles must not be used for racing, rallies, speed trials, or carrying hazardous materials.

3. Insurance & Accidents

• Police Report: In case of any accident or damage, a valid Police Report is mandatory. Without it, the customer is liable for all repair costs.
• Excess/Deductible: A basic deductible of AED 1,000 applies to all claims, plus a 10% Ancillary fixed excess.
• Sports/Coupe Cars: A 20% Ancillary excess applies to high-performance and sports vehicles.

4. Payments & Deposits

Full rental payment for the entire duration must be made in advance at the time of booking. A security deposit is required and will be refunded 15 days after vehicle return.
